一根長而柔軟的羽毛，通常指鳥類的羽毛；也指一股升起的煙、塵或水柱。

比較正式，多用於描述美麗的羽毛或煙塵蒸汽等的“plume”。日常生活更常用 'feather'。勿與 'pen'（鋼筆）混淆。
