Definition

パレットは、画家が絵の具を混ぜるために使う平らな板、または作品やデザインで使われる色の組み合わせのことです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

『パレット』は実際の道具と、比喩的に『カラーパレット』のように色の組み合わせにも使われます。『パレット（味覚）』『パレット（荷物台）』と混同しないように注意。
