昔の法廷で発表や開廷前に注意を促すために使われた呼びかけの言葉。

非常に形式的かつ古風な表現で、現代では裁判所や歴史劇など以外には使われません。通常は3回繰り返されます：「オイエズ、オイエズ、オイエズ！」
