ऐसा व्यवहार करना जो स्वीकार्य न हो, यानी जो उचित या अनुमत सीमा से बाहर हो।

यह अभिव्यक्ति अनौपचारिक है, और आमतौर पर व्यवहार या बोलचाल को लेकर सीमाएँ पार करने पर कही जाती है। 'line' यानि सीमा के पार जाना।
