誰かが「勝つつもり」と言うと、その人は非常に勝利への意欲が強く、成功や他者に勝つことが主な目標です。通常、競争の場面で使います。

「Out to win」はカジュアルな表現で、主にスポーツや勝負の場面で使います。本気で勝つ姿勢を示します。日常の小さな目標には使いません。
