从多个选项中选择了某一项，而不是其他。

'Opted' 后面常接 'for' 或 'to'。例如 'opted for tea'（选择了茶）或 'opted to stay home'（选择待在家）。正式写作中常用，用于表达主动的、基于偏好的选择。
