Definition

অশালীন বা অশ্লীল শব্দ, সাধারণভাবে অশ্রাব্য, কুরুচিপূর্ণ বা যৌন দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে অপমানজনক ভাষাকে বোঝায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'Shouting obscenities' মানে উচ্চস্বরে বাজে কথা বলা। আনুষ্ঠানিক বা আইনি প্রসঙ্গে বেশি ব্যবহৃত হয়। কথোপকথনে সাধারণত 'গালাগালি' বা 'খারাপ ভাষা' বলা হয়।
