無効効力がない

法的な効力が全くなく、存在しなかったのと同じ扱いになる状態。主に法律や正式な契約書類で使われます。

「契約が無効とする」「決定を無効にする」など、主に法律や公式な文章で使います。日常会話ではあまり使われません。

The judge declared the contract null and void.

裁判官はその契約を**無効**と宣言した。
