어떤 행동이 허락되지 않거나 기대에 어긋난다는 의미입니다. 주로 규칙이나 의무를 언급할 때 사용합니다.

'너 하면 안 돼', '나 하면 안 돼' 등으로 주로 사용됩니다. 강한 금지(‘하면 안 된다’)보다는 부드럽게 규칙이나 기대를 전달합니다.
