自分たちの組織やグループで作られていないものは劣っている、または自動的に拒否するという考え方や態度。ビジネスや技術分野でよく使われます。

必ずネガティブな意味で批判として使います。組織やチームの閉鎖的態度を表す時に多いです。「not invented here シンドローム」とも呼ばれます。個人ではなく、集団に対して使われます。
