「うるさい」の比較級で、何かが他のものより音や騒音が大きい時に使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「than（～より）」と一緒によく使われます：例『この教室はもう一つよりnoisierです』。フォーマルでもカジュアルでも使われます。
