Bir kilisenin genellikle uzun ve geniş olan, cemaatin oturduğu ana bölümüdür.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
Genellikle mimari veya dini konularda kullanılır, günlük konuşmada nadirdir. 'ana nef', 'merkez nef' gibi ifadeler yaygındır. 'Navy' (donanma) ile karıştırılmamalı.
