Definition

গির্জার মূল এবং প্রশস্ত অংশ, যেখানে উপস্থিত সকলে বসেন। এটি সাধারণত লম্বা আকৃতির হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

এটি মূলত স্থাপত্য বা ধর্মীয় প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং সাধারণ কথাবার্তায় কম ব্যবহৃত। 'main nave', 'central nave' বলতে গির্জার প্রধান অংশ বোঝানো হয়। 'navy' অর্থ সৈন্যবাহিনী, বিভ্রান্ত হবেন না।
