これは、特別な訓練なしでも何かがとても得意な人や、音楽でシャープやフラットが付かない自然な音を指します。

「naturals」は人について使うと少しカジュアルな表現。「He's one of the naturals.」のように才能がある人に使います。音楽では♯や♭の付かない音を指しますが、自然なものという意味はほとんどありません。
