'Nape' সাধারণত চিকিৎসা বা আনুষ্ঠানিক লেখাচিত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়; সাধারণ কথোপকথনে 'গলার পেছন' বলা হয়। 'Nape of the neck' বলতে গলার পেছন বোঝানো হয়।
