Definition

ウツボは細長くヘビのような形をした魚で、暖かい海に生息します。鋭い歯を持ち、サンゴ礁の隙間などに住んでいます。

「ウツボ」はほとんど魚（ウツボ）を指し、人や場所では使いません。「moray eel」や単に「moray」とも言うが、どちらも同じ魚を指します。複数形は「morays」。
