Cây keo mesquite là một loại cây hoặc bụi mọc chủ yếu ở tây nam Hoa Kỳ và Mexico, nổi tiếng với gỗ cứng và quả ngọt. Gỗ mesquite thường dùng để nướng thịt, quả đậu có thể ăn hoặc xay làm bột.
