Definition

किसी व्यक्ति के सामने किसी बात या किसी व्यक्ति का उल्लेख करना, आमतौर पर संक्षेप में और ज्यादा विस्तार से नहीं।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

'Mention to' के बाद आमतौर पर व्यक्ति आता है (जैसे 'mention to him')। 'about' के साथ नहीं। यह 'talk to' से अधिक औपचारिक है। अकसर अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से उपयोग होता है।
