Haşlanmış sebzeleri, özellikle patatesi ezmek için kullanılan bir mutfak aletidir. Genellikle bir sapı ve düz ya da delikli tabanı olur.

Genellikle 'patates ezici' olarak geçer. Mutfak aleti dışında nadiren kullanılır.
