Definition

성찬식은 기독교 의식으로, 신자들이 예수 그리스도의 죽음을 기억하기 위해 빵과 포도주를 나누며, '성찬' 또는 '성체성사'라고도 한다.

대부분 종교(기독교) 행사에서 사용. '성찬', '성체성사'와 혼용되지만 교파별로 선호 용어가 다르다. 항상 첫 글자 대문자로 쓴다: '성찬식'.
