'로빙하다'는 스포츠에서 공을 상대 머리 위로 높이 넘길 때 쓰입니다. 일상적으로도 부드럽게 위로 던질 때 사용할 수 있습니다. 군사용(수류탄 등) 의미로는 거의 쓰이지 않습니다.
