ラインマンとは、電線の保守や修理を行う作業員、またはアメリカンフットボールのラインのポジションの選手を指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

スポーツ以外では電線作業員を指し、スポーツではアメフトでのみ使われます。サッカーには用いません。
