讓某物開始發光或變亮，通常指開燈或點火。也可以指人的臉上露出開心、興奮或感興趣的表情。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

既可用於字面意義（開燈、點火），也可指比喻意義（臉部表情、心情）。'Light up a room' 指讓房間明亮，'her face lit up' 指她變得開心。常用於點菸：'light up a cigarette'。不要與形容詞 'light' 混淆。
