例や仮定、想像上の状況を紹介するときに使う表現。何かを説明したり理解しやすくするために用いられる。

会話やカジュアルな文章でよく使われ、「例えば」「仮に」の意味で例示や仮定の前に使います。フォーマルな文章では避けましょう。
