これは何かをやろうと誘われたとき、やりたくないけれど“やったことにしよう”とユーモラスに断る表現です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

友達同士やくだけた場面で使います。「嫌なこと」「面倒なこと」を断る時にぴったり。目上の人やフォーマルな場では使わないこと。
