Definition

韭蔥是一種長條狀綠色蔬菜，下部呈白色，味道類似洋蔥，經常用於湯或烹飪。

'韭蔥' 在食譜中常見，和'韭菜'不是同一種植物，多見於西式料理。常說法：'韭蔥湯'、'切段韭蔥'。
