Lecturers वे लोग हैं जो कॉलेज या विश्वविद्यालय में पढ़ाते हैं, अक्सर व्याख्यान(lectures) के माध्यम से। कुछ देशों में यह प्रोफेसर से निम्न शैक्षणिक पद होता है।

'Lecturers' केवल कॉलेज या विश्वविद्यालय शिक्षकों के लिए प्रयोग होता है, स्कूल शिक्षकों के लिए नहीं। UK में यह अलग पद है, USA में स्थाई शिक्षक के लिए कम इस्तेमाल होता है। 'guest lecturers', 'university lecturers' जैसी अभिव्यक्तियाँ आम हैं।
