느슨함은 규칙이나 기준 등이 제대로 지켜지지 않고 충분히 엄격하거나 꼼꼼하지 못한 상태를 의미합니다. 보통 통제나 규율이 약할 때 사용합니다.

형식적·학술적으로 많이 쓰며 '규율 느슨함', '절차 느슨함' 등과 같이 사용됩니다. 사람 자체가 아닌, 그 사람의 행동이나 태도에 사용합니다.
