緩さとは、規則や基準を十分に守らず、厳格さや注意が足りない状態を指します。特に管理や規律のゆるさを批判する時によく使います。

主にフォーマルな場や議論で使われます。'disciplineの緩さ'、'手続きの緩さ' など、行動やルールに対して使い、人自体には使いません。
