「lame」的最高級，指在一羣之中最無聊、最乏味或最弱的。口語上也可以形容某事很遜，很令人失望。

非常口語化，常為年輕人用，帶有嘲諷或輕蔑語氣。多出現在 'the lamest excuse'（最爛的藉口）、'the lamest joke'（最冷的笑話）等短語。現代俚語裡與身體殘疾無關。
