Não mexer o corpo; ficar completamente imóvel por algum tempo.

Usa-se para dar instruções, especialmente a crianças ou durante consultas médicas, quando é preciso não mexer. Muito comum no imperativo: 'Fica quieto!' Normalmente não se refere a calma emocional.
