Definition

物事をよく考えて意見や決断をする能力。また、裁判所による正式な決定も指す。

日常会話とフォーマルの両方で使われる。'Good judgment'は賢い判断の意味。法律では裁判官の最終的な決定を指す。'make a judgment', 'judge by appearance'のようなフレーズで出る。

She showed good judgment and stayed home during the storm.
