演劇やコンサート、映画などで観客が休憩できるように設けられる時間です。多くの場合、劇場やコンサートで見られます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「幕間」や「休憩時間」は主に演劇やコンサートなど公式な休憩に使われ、普段の小さい休みには使わない。「幕間に～」「休憩時間中に～」のように用いる。
