物事が理解できるとは、話し言葉や文章、考えが分かりやすい状態を指します。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
「理解できる」は少しフォーマルで、特に話し言葉や文章など情報や言語について使います。写真や物などには使いません。「barely intelligible」「intelligible to most people」「make something intelligible」など英語フレーズにも注意。
