Definition

धँसा हुआ हिस्सा वह जगह है जो सतह में दबाई या काटी जाती है, या लेखन में अनुच्छेद के शुरू में छोड़ी गई खाली जगह।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

यह शब्द सतह पर बनी धँसी हुई जगहों और पाठ के अनुच्छेद की शुरुआत में छोड़ी गई खाली जगह दोनों के लिए उपयोग होता है। इसे 'intention' (इरादा) से न confund करें। 'Indentations' बहुवचन है, एक के लिए 'an indentation' प्रयोग करें।
