'Inc.' هو اختصار لكلمة 'Incorporated'، ويُستخدم بعد اسم الشركة ليشير إلى أنها شركة مساهمة مسجلة قانونياً.

يظهر 'Inc.' غالباً في أسماء الشركات، خصوصاً في الولايات المتحدة وكندا (مثل 'Apple Inc.'). نادراً ما يُنطق، وغالباً ما يُفهم كـ'Incorporated'. يختلف عن 'Ltd.' ('ذات مسؤولية محدودة') أو 'Corp.' ('شركة مساهمة'). لا تستخدم 'Inc.' إلا إذا كانت الشركة مسجلة رسمياً بهذا الشكل.
