अक्सर विमानों के संदर्भ में ('in-flight meal', 'in-flight entertainment') होता है, लेकिन पक्षियों या खेल की वस्तुओं के लिए भी। इसे 'on a flight' (यात्रा करना) से न मिलाएँ।
