ごく短い時間で何かが起こる時に使う表現です。すぐやる、すぐ戻るなど、ほとんど待たせないニュアンスです。

とてもカジュアルな言い方で、会話でよく使います。「すぐやる」「ちょっと待って」などと同じニュアンスです。
