規則や罰則、意見などを他人に強制すること。公式に何かを実行させる場合によく使う。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主にルール、法律、税、規制、意見など強い意味で使われる。'imposes a fine'（罰金を課す）のような表現が多い。日常の小さなお願いにはあまり使わない。
