「ばか者」とは、とても愚かだと見なされる人たちに対して使われる強い侮辱語です。

かなり失礼で攻撃的な表現です。怒りや苛立ちを表す際に使います。丁寧な場面や目上の人には適しません。複数形で集団を指す時によく使われます。
