কারণ ছাড়া বা বিশেষ কিছু না করে অলসভাবে সময় কাটানো বা ঘোরাঘুরি করা।

অফিসিয়াল নয়; সাধারণত কারো অলসতা বা কিছু না করার ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'idle about the house' মানে বাড়ির আশেপাশে অলসভাবে ঘোরা।
