Jika seseorang terhipnotis, ia berada dalam keadaan seperti trance karena hipnosis atau sangat terpukau sampai tidak sadar akan sekitarnya.
Usage Notes (Indonesian)
Biasanya mengacu pada orang yang benar-benar dihipnosis (medis/panggung), tapi juga bisa berarti sangat terpukau sampai tidak sadar sekitar ('hypnotised by the music' = terpukau oleh musik). Bukan istilah diagnosis medis.
