在極限飛盤運動中，指用力將飛盤遠遠地擲出去。也可在口語中表示用力扔東西。

主要在極限飛盤領域使用，指遠距離的強力投擲（動詞或名詞）。在其他場合極少用，多為口語，意思是“用力扔”。不適用於正式或日常英語。
