熱狗是一種食物，把煮熟的香腸夾在切開的麵包中，常搭配番茄醬、芥末或其他配料。

英文中，“hotdog”多指食物。亦可寫作“hot dog”，在臺灣、香港皆稱“熱狗”。日常多指西式麵包熱狗。
