Amerikan İngilizcesinde hapishane veya nezarethaneyi mizahi veya eski bir şekilde belirtmek için kullanılan argo bir kelimedir.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
Kullanımı eski ve espirili ortamlarda yaygındır, resmi dilde tercih edilmez. Özellikle Batı filmi veya esprili konuşmalarda görülür. 'Kodese atıldı' gibi deyimlerde kullanılır.
