Sugerir algo a alguien de manera indirecta o sutil, sin decirlo claramente.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa tanto en contextos formales como informales. Se combina con palabras como 'sutilmente' o 'fuertemente'. Se debe usar 'to' para indicar la persona. No es tan directo como 'suggest'. Error común: usar 'hint about' en vez de 'hint to' con personas.
