Sair ou fugir rapidamente, geralmente por medo ou para evitar problemas.

É informal e um pouco divertida; expressa sair apressado, normalmente para evitar perigo ou confusão. Mais usado no passado ('hightailed it'). Muitas vezes vem com 'out of' + local ('hightailed it out of there'). Não serve para saídas lentas ou sem urgência.
