Definition
ヘルマは、古代ギリシャやローマで使われた、上部に彫刻された頭部（多くはヘルメス神）を持つ石の柱です。境界標識や装飾として使われました。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
「ヘルマ」は考古学や美術史など専門分野で使われ、日常ではほとんど使いません。「hermit（隠者）」とは別の言葉なので注意しましょう。
