"heaving" in Portuguese (PT)
Definition
Movendo-se para cima e para baixo ou de um lado para o outro com força, ou extremamente cheio e movimentado. Pode descrever movimento (como o mar) ou locais muito cheios.
Usage Notes (Portuguese (PT))
Usa-se muitas vezes para descrever o mar, multidões ou movimentos físicos. "Heaving with people" quer dizer muito cheio. Expressa intensidade. Raramente usada para pessoas, excepto de forma poética ("heaving chest").
