相手が話し終わるまできちんと聞くこと。その人が十分に言いたいことを言えるようにする意味です。

やや丁寧・正式な表現で、意見の衝突や重要な話で「話を最後まで聞いて」と頼むときによく使われます。一般的な「聞く」とはニュアンスが異なります。
